Car mechanics is a field so interesting that there is no shortage of video games built around this theme. Although the Car Mechanic Simulator series by Polish Red Dot Games leads the way among simulation productions dedicated to it, other developers occasionally take on the challenge as well. One such endeavor is Car Service Together created by the independent team V12 Studio.

Repairs and tuning

In Car Service Together the gameplay is presented from a first-person perspective (FPP). We take on the role of a car workshop owner.

The game allows us to look under the hood of various vehicles and perform necessary service work, including disassembling the engine, replacing faulty components, and improving braking systems. Additionally, we can subject individual cars to mechanical tuning, enhancing their engines, modifying suspensions, or installing performance exhaust systems.

We can also focus on the visual aspect of the vehicles that come to our workshop. The game allows us to clean and polish their bodies, as well as freely paint them.

Test drives

There is also the opportunity to test the cars we have repaired or modified. Test drives are a way to evaluate the fruits of our labor and see how the changes we made affect the vehicle's handling, performance, or braking system efficiency.

Earning money and business development

As progress is made, our wallet is getting bigger. The money earned can be allocated to equipping the workshop with increasingly advanced equipment, hiring qualified employees, and expanding the range of services. The key to success is establishing a pricing strategy and negotiating rates with clients that satisfy both parties involved in the transaction.
